FAST FORWARD TRAINING WITH RENGER
Renger is keeping up his physical level at the highest peak during this winterperiod. Besides his normal trainingsschedule he participated recently in a sportmedical training especially developed for professional racedrivers.

Renger is getting ready for the new challenge of the year. "I want to be ready before the new raceseason starts, together with my management we are busy with all the negotiations for 2009" Everything is possible, but one thing is for sure: Renger will anounce soon what he will do in 2009.
This training was in cooperation with Armand Caenen. This program is comparable with the Formula Medicine Programme in Italy. The meaning of the programme has a double meaning: Formula Fitness and Wellness Development, or Fast Forward, what describes the objective of the programme.
